User Guide

A clear, step-by-step guide to help dealers register, sign in, browse products, place orders, download resources, submit program claims, and manage their account.

01 · Process

Dealer Onboarding

Use this process when a new dealer wants to join ILVE USA and complete the required registration documentation.

Quick Access

Start the dealer application, open the registration page, or download the required documents to submit by email.

Recommended path

Open the dealer application

Go to the Become Our Dealer page and complete the application form.

Submit the form

After submission, the portal will provide a link to upload the required documentation.

Upload documentation

Complete the forms digitally, save them, and upload them through the registration page.

Wait for review

The ILVE team will review the information and send the next steps as soon as possible.

Download, complete & submit by email

Dealers may also download the complete Dealer Registration Package, complete all required forms, and email the documents and supporting files to sales@us.ilve.com.

02 · Access

Sign in or create an account.

Use this section when you need to access the Dealer Portal for the first time or create a new login.

Go to the Dealer Portal

Open the portal and click Sign In in the top-right corner.

Create an account if needed

If you do not have an account yet, click Don’t have an account? or use the Sign Up link.

Complete the required fields

Enter the requested information and submit the form.

Access the homepage

Once registered, you will land on the Dealer Portal homepage.

03 · Overview

Home Dashboard

The homepage is the main access point for shopping, product information, dealer resources, and programs.

Quick Access

Use this link to open the ILVE Dealer Portal home dashboard directly.

04 · Orders

How to place an order

There are two easy ways to add products to your cart: from the product catalog or from the product detail page. Follow the steps below to configure the item, review your cart, and continue to checkout.

Quick Access

Go directly to the shop to browse products, configure options, add items to your cart, and complete checkout.

Pro Tip: If you are unsure about a configuration, open the product detail page first. Review available colors, gas type, oven door type, trim, quantity, specifications, and documents before adding the item to your cart.

Search or browse

Use the search bar, category tiles, product name, or SKU to find the item you need.

Choose your path

Quick add or details

Add directly from the catalog, or open the product page to review full details, documents, and available options first.

Finish

Review and checkout

Confirm the configuration, quantity, accessories, shipping, and payment method before placing the order.

Find the product

Go to Products or use the Shop Now button. Search by keyword, category, product name, or SKU.

Use the product card actions

When you hover over a product, three quick-action buttons appear: cart to add the item, heart to save it for later, and compare to review it against other products.

Configure before adding

After clicking the cart icon, confirm the product options such as gas type, oven door type, color, trim, and quantity.

Continue shopping or proceed

Once the item is configured, choose Continue Shopping to add more products or Proceed to Checkout to move forward.

Tip: Use the product card for fast ordering. Use the product image/title when you want to open the full product page first.
04A · Product page

Order from the product page

The product page gives you more information before adding the item to the cart. This is the best option when you want to confirm product details, review documents, or choose finishes carefully.

Open the product page

Click the product image or product name to view the complete product detail page.

Review product information

Check the product name, description, price, images, related documents, and available downloads.

Select the configuration

Choose the available options: Natural Gas or Liquid Propane, oven door type, color, trim, and quantity.

Add to cart

Click Add to cart. A cart confirmation will appear at the top right of the screen.

What happens after you add the product?

  • The cart icon updates with the number of items added.
  • A confirmation panel appears with the product summary and selected configuration.
  • Click View cart when you are ready to review the order.
  • You can also keep browsing and add more products before checkout.
04B · Cart

Review your cart

Before checkout, review the product, quantity, selected configuration, suggested accessories, subtotal, taxes, discounts, and order total.

Open the cart

Click the cart icon at the top of the page or click View cart after adding a product.

Check the order overview

Confirm the product name, configuration, quantity, price, and order total.

Edit if needed

You can change quantity, remove items, apply a discount code, or continue shopping.

Add accessories if needed

Suggested accessories may appear below the main product. Add only the items needed for the order.

Continue to checkout

Click Checkout when the cart is correct.

04C · Payment

Confirm shipping and payment

The final checkout screen allows you to confirm billing and shipping information, select delivery, choose a payment method, and pay for the order.

Review the address shown on the page. Click Edit if something needs to be corrected.

Choose delivery method

Select the available delivery option for the order.

Select payment method

Choose the preferred payment method shown on the checkout page, such as card, PayPal, ACH Direct Debit, Affirm, Afterpay, Cash App Pay, Klarna, or WeChat Pay.

Pay now

Review the order summary one last time, then click Pay now to complete the order.

Before submitting: confirm the product configuration, quantity, shipping address, delivery method, and payment method. This helps avoid order corrections after payment.
05 · Downloads

Product Resources

Product Details pages organize resources by product type, series, and size so dealers can quickly download the exact files they need.

Quick Access

Open the Product Information library to find spec sheets, manuals, dimensions, product images, and other product files.

Download everything or choose specific files.

At the top of each Product Details page, you will find series buttons and ZIP downloads. Use these when you need the complete set of files for a collection.

Dealer Resources

Dealer Resources is the central library for product information, sales tools, brand assets, policies, service videos, and warranty documents.

07 · Spare Parts

Locate & Order Spare Parts

Use this process when a customer, service provider, or dealer needs a replacement part. First identify the exact part in the ILVE 3D Parts Portal, then copy the SKU and order it through the Dealer Portal.

Step 01

Review the user guide

Start here if you need help understanding how to use the parts diagrams and identify components inside the appliance.

Step 02

Find the right part

Open the 3D Parts Portal and search by model, serial number, or product. Use the exploded diagrams to locate the exact component needed.

Copy the part SKU from the 3D portal.

Step 03

Order the part

Go to the Spare Parts category in the Dealer Portal, paste the SKU into the search bar, select the quantity, add the item to your cart, and complete checkout.

What happens in the 3D Parts Portal?

Identify before ordering.

The 3D Parts Portal includes product diagrams that help you visually locate the part inside the appliance. Once the correct component is selected, use the part SKU shown in the portal as the reference for ordering.

  • Search for the appliance model or product.
  • Open the exploded parts diagram.
  • Select the component you need.
  • Copy the exact SKU or part code.

Search by SKU, then checkout.

After copying the SKU, open the Dealer Portal Spare Parts category and paste the SKU into the search bar. Review the item, select quantity, add it to cart, and proceed to checkout and payment.

Tip: Always confirm the model and serial number before placing the order to avoid requesting the wrong part.
08 · Programs

SPIFF, Rebates & Trade Program

Dealers can submit claims online or by email. When submitting by email, always include the completed form, product serial number(s), and a copy of the Bill of Sale.

View current SPIFF opportunities and click Claim Your SPIFF to submit the online form.

Open the Rebate page, review current rebates, and click Claim Your Rebate to submit your claim.

Trade Program

Go to the Trade Program page, click Apply Today, complete the form, and wait for confirmation by email.

Email claims: Download the appropriate claim form, complete all required fields, and email it to invoices@us.ilve.com with product serial number(s) and a copy of the Bill of Sale.

Use My Portal to review account-related information such as sales orders, invoices, and payment methods.

Access invoices and related billing information.

Manage the payment details available for checkout.
